Cancellation by the Tenant

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 42 days (6 weeks) before arrival: 30% of the total rental sum is due.
• Between 42 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental sum is due.
• Within 14 days of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total rental sum is due.

Any security deposit already paid will always be fully refunded in the event of a cancellation. We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by the Landlord

In exceptional cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as serious damage to the property making a stay impossible), the landlord is entitled to cancel the reservation.

• In this case, the full rental amount already paid will be refunded immediately.
• The landlord is not liable for any other costs incurred (such as flight tickets, car rentals, or insurance).
