☀️ Welcome to Casa Roza Sun!
We wish you a fantastic stay. To keep it pleasant for everyone and to maintain our brand-new home, we kindly ask you to review the house rules below.

❄️ Air Conditioning & Energy
In Spain, energy is precious, and we like to use it mindfully.

  • Please only use the air conditioning with windows and doors closed.
  • Please switch off the units completely whenever you leave the property.
  • Normal consumption (up to 90 kWh per week) is included. In case of excessive consumption (for example, by leaving the AC on with doors open), the additional costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

🚭 Smoking & Pets

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. You may smoke outside on the terrace, provided you use an ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in our home.

🏊‍♂️ Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi

  • Please be mindful of the neighbors: we kindly ask for extra quiet around the pool area between 22:00 and 08:00.
  • Do not leave any glassware or breakable objects in the pool area.

🗑️ Waste & Hygiene

  • In Spain, waste is not collected from your doorstep. You can dispose of your trash bags in the large (green/grey) containers located on the street.
  • Do not leave food scraps outside to prevent unwanted visits from insects (such as ants).

🧹 Departure Checklist
On the day of departure (before 10:00 AM), we kindly ask you to:

  1. Empty the dishwasher or turn it on.
  2. Remove all food items from the refrigerator.
  3. Take all trash to the street containers.
  4. Turn off all lights and the AC, and close all windows/doors.
