November - March
Low season (excluding school holidays): €80.00 per night

• Christmas holidays: €95.00 per night
• Spring break: €95.00 per night

April - June / September - October
Mid-season (excluding school holidays): €100.00 per night

• May holidays: €110.00 per night
• Autumn holidays: €110.00 per night

July - August
High season: €150.00 per night

Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week, subject to availability.

Additional Costs & Deposit
These prices exclude the security deposit, cleaning fees, and linens.

A security deposit of €300.00 is required, payable at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded to your account within 14 days of departure, provided the apartment is left in good order and without damages.

Electricity
If you consume more than 90 kilowatt (kWh) of electricity per week, an additional charge of €0.45 per kWh will apply. Upon check-out, the keyholder will take a photo of the meter. We recommend you do the same.

Long-term Rentals
Long-term rentals are available. We offer a discount for extended stays:

• For stays of at least 1 month (27 nights), a 50% discount applies to the nightly rate.
• This offer is valid for the period from October 1st to March 31st.
